phtay will acknowledge your request within three (3) business days and will respond substantively within fifteen (15) business days. Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, phtay may extend this period by an additional fifteen (15) business days, with prior notice to you.
Exercising your data rights is free of charge. However, phtay reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.
If you believe that phtay has not adequately addressed your data privacy concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines at www.privacy.gov.ph.
phtay's Service is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino-style gaming in the Philippines. phtay does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
If phtay becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted consistent with legal retention obligations, and any wallet balance will be returned to the verified payment source. phtay reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or our data processing practices.
