These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phtay online gaming platform. Please read them carefully. By creating a phtay account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

You must be at least 21 years old and a Philippine resident to open and use a phtay account. KYC verification is required before withdrawals.
Each player may hold only one registered phtay account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All phtay wallet balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven.
phtay operates in compliance with PAGCOR's licensing requirements. All game outcomes are independently certified, and player funds are held in segregated accounts.
All random number generators (RNGs) used by phtay's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure fair, verifiable outcomes for every player.
phtay provides deposit limits, session controls, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. These are accessible from every account and form a core part of how phtay operates.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and phtay (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), a Philippine-licensed online gaming platform operating in compliance with regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR").
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phtay website, mobile web platform, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with phtay's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Service and must not create or maintain a phtay account.
2.1 Eligibility Requirements. To register and maintain an active phtay account, you must:
2.2 One Account Rule. Each individual may register only one (1) phtay account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or any other credentials — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any wallet balance therein.
2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. As required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, phtay is obligated to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals above the applicable threshold. You agree to provide a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, PRC ID, or Voter's ID) upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
2.4 Account Information Accuracy. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to phtay — including your mobile number, email address, and banking/e-wallet details — is accurate and kept up to date. phtay accepts no liability for failed transactions, delayed payouts, or account access issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
3.1 Confidentiality of Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtay login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phtay immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your phtay account. phtay will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials, or where the Player shared their credentials with a third party.
3.3 Account Activity. All gaming activity, deposits, and withdrawals initiated through your phtay account are your sole responsibility. If you permit another person to use your account — whether intentionally or through negligence — you remain fully liable for all activity conducted through that account.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phtay currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phtay does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is PHP 100, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes set out in phtay's published withdrawal policy, which may vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 20 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking day.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a bank account / e-wallet verified under your registered phtay KYC identity. phtay reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. phtay is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and applicable PAGCOR anti-money laundering directives. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures or be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and promotional credits offered by phtay are subject to individual bonus terms and conditions, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published at the time each promotion is made available and form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 Abuse of Promotions. phtay reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward if it reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotional offers while minimizing genuine gaming risk (commonly referred to as "matched betting" or "bonus hunting").
5.3 Promotional Modifications. phtay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to Players who have accepted a specific promotional offer in good faith.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game offered on phtay — including bingo, slot titles, live casino games, and sports betting — is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or in phtay's game-specific help sections. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome, phtay reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the applicable wager amount to the Player's phtay wallet. phtay shall not be liable for any winnings arising from a technically flawed game round.
6.3 Sports Betting Integrity. phtay uses commercially reasonable measures to detect and prevent match manipulation, insider wagering, and any form of sports integrity violation. Suspicious betting patterns may be investigated, and winnings arising from integrity violations may be withheld pending investigation.
6.4 RNG Certification. All random number generators used in phtay's game portfolio are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers whose RNGs are independently tested and certified by recognized gaming testing laboratories. Results of these certifications are available upon request.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtay platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended and all balances forfeited, and phtay may pursue applicable legal remedies:

9.1 Ownership. All content on the phtay platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Service — is the property of phtay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. phtay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content on the phtay platform without prior written consent from phtay.
10.1 Service Availability. phtay provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Service unavailability.
10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtay's total cumulative liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their phtay wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Excluded Losses. phtay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if phtay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.1 By phtay. phtay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any phtay account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any wallet balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, the remaining wallet balance (after deduction of any applicable processing fees) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
11.3 By the Player. You may close your phtay account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Closure of your account does not release you from any obligations already incurred under these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the phtay Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines — the city in which PAGCOR's principal offices are located — unless otherwise required by mandatory Philippine law.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact phtay's support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution of any dispute in good faith. phtay shall respond to any written complaint within five (5) business days.
phtay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where a modification is material — meaning it substantively alters Player rights or obligations — phtay will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via the email address registered to your account or through a notification displayed upon your next login. Minor corrections, grammatical changes, or non-substantive clarifications may be made without prior notice.
Your continued use of the phtay Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
